"I recently went through the process of securing a vehicle so I can get to medical appointments and simply have the ability to get out of the house occasionally and be around other people again. Once the financing was finalized, I contacted Mike Watson State Farm to set up insurance. Like most people, I expected the normal process — give the vehicle information, get a quote, purchase the policy, and move on. But Sylvan didn’t treat it like just another routine call. After giving me the initial quote, she kept looking into options to see if there was any way she could improve the situation. A short time later she contacted me again to explain that she had found a way to lower my premium while actually giving me better coverage. She didn’t have to do that. Most agents would consider their job finished after providing the first quote. But Sylvan took the extra time because she genuinely cared about making sure I was getting the best possible outcome. That kind of service and follow-through is rare these days, and it meant a lot. There should be more people in this world who take the kind of pride in helping others that Sylvan clearly does. Thank you, Sylvan, and thank you to the team at Mike Watson State Farm for having people who truly go above and beyond."
